Hailee Perucci

Raised by a father in the telecommunications industry and a mother in real estate, it seems only natural that I’ve spent the first 7 years of my postgraduate life working as a vendor for the largest carriers and tower companies across the nation, while also investing in my own real estate portfolio. I've been fortunate to acquire a diverse range of telecom knowledge, spanning new tower builds, modifications, the launch of FirstNet, 5G, and fiber satellites, as well as expertise in landlord management and real estate leases.

Outside of telecommunications and house flipping, I enjoy weekends on the lake or at the drift car track. Many hours are devoted to tending to our cattle ranch and planning the next vacation with my Marine Corps Veteran husband.

Kymmie Kutzler

Proud and grateful mother with a passion for soccer, deep-sea fishing, and gardening. Seasoned Lease Manager with 6 years in telecom and 10 in insurance.

Guided by my father, a retired salesman, I specialize in cultivating strong landlord and client relationships, leveraging problem-solving skills and determination to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.

Known for my keen eye for detail, I embody relatability, honesty, optimism, energy, personability, and empathy, facilitating negotiations in challenging scenarios. My pride stems from a proven track record and a strong work ethic aligned with goals of providing for my daughter, setting a responsible example, and expressing gratitude daily.

Fun Fact: I have a total of 13 brothers and sisters.

Doug Lovejoy

With over 15 years dedicated to counseling at-risk youth and families within educational settings, I transitioned into the dynamic world of real estate. My journey led me through the mortgage industry before discovering my passion for the real estate telecom niche.

Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of cultivating meaningful relationships with landowners and securing site locations.

Drawing from my extensive background, I firmly believe that a combination of a strong work ethic and a personable demeanor serves as the cornerstone for nurturing enduring partnerships and success.

Outside of work, I enjoy anything centered around food, golfing, surfing, attending hockey games, and playing guitar.

Josh Smith

With over 12 years of diverse experience in the telecommunications sector, I offer a wealth of expertise in project management, underscored by a proven track record of successful executions. My ability to cultivate enduring relationships within the industry has been a key driver of my success.

I take pride in establishing lasting partnerships with stakeholders, finding immense fulfillment in collaborating with a broad spectrum of individuals within the telecom landscape. Complementing my hands-on experience, I earned my MBA, which has equipped me with a holistic understanding of overarching business strategies. This comprehensive perspective allows me to navigate the telecommunications domain seamlessly, delivering innovative solutions that consistently surpass customer expectations.
